мовою) The leading issue in this thesis is improvement of diagnostic and treatment regimens for patients with duodenal ulcer disease, by comparative studying of diagnostic value of "breath" test and the clinical efficacy of antisecretory preparations with different action mechanisms in monotherapy, as well as in combination with different antibiotics. The most reliable method of therapy in ulcer patients is usage of minimum of three preparations: proton pump blockator (II generation) and two antibiotics, which should be defined by microbiological sensitivity testing, in respect with resistance of many Helicobacter pylori strains to many antibacterial preparations. It was showed, that eradication of Helicobacter pylori decreased frequency of duodenal ulcer aggravations for 3,77 % during one year observation.
