Purpose of work: to raise efficiency, reduce the time of treatment and rehabilitation sicks with uncomplicated and complicated fractures of mandibule. Offered injection transplantation of hens embrional marrow cell suspension in interfragmental area in sicks with the fractures of mandible. Received reduction of terms of treatments at the average before 4-5 days, is reach consolidation in events, where other methods are inefficient.
