The thesis is devoted to perfecting of methodics supply of the ground radioelectronic equipment operation organisation and control in the Civil Aviation of Angola and also improvement of its maintenance technologies. Two methodics approaches for motivation of the recommendations in organisational formation of tlie ground radioelectronic equipment operation system and fat evaluation of resources outlay by equipment maintenance are designed. It is proposed the structure of formation of the ground radioelectronic equipment methodical supply system and developed scheme and principal algorithms for generalised technical and economic information processing. It may elaborated two methods of diagnosing of the ground radioelectronic equipment and correlation for analysis of efficiency of diagnosing and ground radioelectronic equipment maintenance running repair realisation programs.
