Ryl's'kyj M. Problems of creation of industrial-financial groups in Agroindustrial complex of Ukraine

Objects of research: the agricultural commodity producers, banks, agroservice enterprise. The detail of the researches of economic interests of the subjects of agroindustrial-financial groups were conducted in Uman' region of the Cherkassky oblast. The purpose of research: determination of the most favorable conditions of establishment and activity of agroindustrial-financial groups on the basis of mutually advantageous and effective integration of the agricultural, industrial and financial capitals. Methods: economy-statistical, abstract - logical, graphical and monographic. The motivation to participation in agroindustrial-financial groups of the potential participants was installed on base of questionnaire design, conducted on a region level. Theoretical and practical results: economic feasibility of association of agroindustrial and bank capital and advantages of this organization-economic form is justified; the concrete offers on improvement of the current legislation, that regulate a procedure of establishment and activity of industrial - financial groups in Ukraine is introduced; the scheme of establishment and registration of agroindustrial -financial groups, with allowance for of their forms it is recommended; the paths and methods of adaptation of rules of the theory and practice of the design analysis to conditions of creation and operation of agroindustrial-financial groups are shown. Novelty innovation: consists of the substantiation and complex development of main directions of establishment of agroindustrial-financial groups on the basis of the theory of the joint project. A degree of introduction: offered in dissertation to operation of the control circuit the project, are introduced for want of to development of the business - plan of the project DE "Ucrinterprodukt" - " Creation oil-extraction factory " in one Slavynsk of Donetsk oblast. The practical application of methods of the economic and not economic analysis of the projects is carried out in the development of a number of the business - plans for the investment projects, which has already obtained financing. Efficiency: will assist dynamic development of agroindustrial-financial groups in Ukraine. Sphere, area of use: it is recommended to use in regional and oblast organs of management of agricultural, agricultural and processing enterprises for planning both realization of investment and industrial programs and projects.
