Essay

The physical processes in solar atmosphere are studied. Mechanisms for the formation of chromospheric spicules and oscillations of the emission of solar and stellar flares are proposed. The stochastic mechanism of electron acceleration by lower hybrid waves has been considered. The relations for the flux densities and spectra of HXR of solar flares have been obtained.
