It is defended the problem, conserning the typology of the principles and devices, the originality of the poetics of a wonderful phenomenon of the world literature - the dramatic treatments. It is ascertained that the dramatic treatment are original literary macrosystem of the generic order, because it includes the dramatic treatments, created according to the principles of Aristotel drama as well as not Aristotel drama. But for the variety of the species' parameters the poetics of the dramatic treatments has a number of stable principles, determining its specifity as generic phenomenon
