Kagal T. Organizational-legal questions of ensuring the consumers' rights protection in the sphere of goods' quality.

Dissertation contains theoretical conclusions and proposals with respect to questions of modernisation of organisational-legal supply of consumer rights in the sphere of goods' quality. The notion of quality of goods is based as a legal category, analysis of legislation which regulates mutual relations in the researched sphere is carried out, determines its place in legal system of Ukraine. There is a characteristics of the system of state bodies which ensure protection of consumer rights in the sphere of quality of goods, functions, methods and organisational-legal forms of activities. Attention is paid to legal regulation of participation of public in the ensuring of protection of consumer rights, practice of activities of public associations of Ukraine in this sphere is analysed. Research contains recommendations concerning modernisation the current legislation in the sphere of protection of consumer rights.
