Essay

Laws of a load from snow on buildings and structures in Ukraine are statistically described. Reliability of the acting building norms is appreciated and project of the new norms, suitabl for traditional accounts and accounts of reliability, is developed. Experimental supervision over a load from snow, mathematical modeling of spatial distribution, statistical processing and check of hypotheses, numerical drawing of cards, modeling by a method Monte-Carlo are conducted. A statistical method of construction of regions with guaranteed valuation of plausibility is for the first time developed.
