The concentrationand dose-dependent influence of cyclophosphane has been studied on the reparative processes in stomack paties during the treatment of theexperimental ulcers among the experimental animals . The clinical research of the influence transendoscopic submucose usage of cyclophosphane on the inflammatory-proliferative facts and regenerative processes in lesional ulcer affection as well has been carried ond. Complex morphological, clinical and the experimental researches made it possible to assure the antiinflammatory reparative, antibacteric and immunomodulative effect of small dozes and low concentration ofcyclophosphane during its submucose injection. Testified medical-diagnostic criteria andmodernized medical tactics on their basis made it possible to increase the effection of the ulcer treatment and reduced the term of difdiagnostics fulflling, as regards to this the reduction of the treatment terms has been achieved by 48,3 %, and the terms of diagnostics by 68,6 %.
