In the dissertation the features of biological rhythms at 120 liquidators of failure on ChAEPS with mental disturbances of a neurotic circle are investigated. The features of formation, course of a clinical-psycho- pathologic symptomatology and social-psychological disadaptation fixed depending on circadian chronotype -- "morning", "evening" or "undifferentiated". The set of risk factors of occurence at them of the self-agressive tendencies is allocated. There were determined seasonal and macrorhythmical differences of a "chernobyl's" suicidal mortality in comparison with a common population. The scheme of consecutive treatment-and-rehabilitation and preventive measures is proved in view of a nosology, biological rhythms and suicidal risk.
