With the help of the system-structural analisis disorders of sexual helth of a married couple are investigeted at remot conseguences of surgical treatment of hypospadias at a husband. A role of somatogenic, psyhogenic and negative socio-psyhological factjrs in genesis of the specified disorders is established. Differential- diagnostic criteria of diifferent variants of sexual disharmony are offered at investigated patology and system of their differential psyhotherapeutic correcnion.
