Essay

Examined 106 person: 88 patients with chronic glomerulonephritis and 18 healhy individuals. Purpose: to increased of effectivity for treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis. Methods: echosonoscopic ("Aloka SSD 280"); gasochromatographic ("Chrom-5"); photoelectrocolorimetric (colorimeter "KFK-2MP"); differential-scanner calorimetric (microcalorimeter "DASM-4"). The study showed the important role of changes in content of fatty acids in red cell membranes in chronic glomerulonephritis, it will enable a high quality of diagnosis complication. The result showed effectiveness of membranes stabilizer and antyanemic therapy. The obtained data are introduced into practice of public health services in the field of a nephrology and therapy.
