Baryshnikova L. Modeling of the system of the information support for management of education process in higher educational establishment

Object of research: a control system of educational process in a higher educational institution. Purpose of research: development of effective stimulating system of information support of management of educational process in higher educational institution on the basis of system research of organization of management and imitating dynamic modeling of processes of management in conditions of the market relations. Methods of research: methods of economic and mathematical and imitating modeling, methods of expert estimations, theory of economic information systems. Results: the basic ways of perfection of a control system of educational process are certain, the unified concept of organization of a control system of educational process is developed, the complex of models of a control system of educational process is developed, the socio-economic aspects of introduction of system of information support of management of educational process are considered, the methods of an estimation of efficiency of informa tion system are offered on the basis of linguistic variable. Novelty: the production and decision of a new task of development of an original complex of stimulating models of system of information support of management of educational process in a higher educational institution is made; the concept of organization of a control system of educational process, which takes into account the new forms of interaction of structural divisions and is aimed at increase of efficiency of their functioning and improvements of quality of information service of the personnel; the complex of economic-mathematical models of a control system of educational process, which is taken into account such aspects, as by optimization of the contents of the educational plans and programs; the adaptive approach to management of educational process, which consists in creation of floppy system of use, support at a necessary qualifying level and stimulation of the personnel, at which the educational institution bears a minimum of expenses on management at realization of the strategic purposes; the universal effective system of organization of information support of management, which provides reliability of preservation of the information, floppy adaptation.
