Essay

The optical and physical properties of the atmospheres of Uranus and Neptune are studied. It is shown that the planet's brightness and equivalent widths of the methane absorption bands change with periods from 7 to 42 yr. The values of equivalent widths correlate with the microwave fluxes, and in the case of Neptune with the Triton's orbital position too. A radius of aerosol in the atmosphere of Uranus was determined. The obtained results can be used for development of models of planet's atmospheres and theory of climate.
