The scientific work is beeng defended on the base of data about caries frequency and intensivity, peculiarity of it's clinical course in children from sulfur mining region. The motivated results of biochemical and immunological research of mixed saliva are being given. It was defined that ecological situation is essentially spread the teeth caries in children. The prophilactic measures that included biogenic stimulators are beeng suggested and carrieed out. The results of the work have been found a practical utility in the stomatological polyclinics
