Essay

Purpose of work: to raise efficiency of treatent of patient with acute odontogenous and posttraumatic osteomyelitis of the lower jaw. Practicability of local therapy was motivated. There was proposed combination classic antibiotics ionophoresis in 20% dimexide with simultaneous intratissues ionophoresis of heparin. Its effectiveness was confirmed for different severity of diseases. Received reduction of terms of treatments at complications.
