Essay

The original method of treatment combinated with enterosorbents "Carbolong" or "Carbosfer" employment woked out in investigations based on clinical, laboratory and immunologic research for complex treatment of children with tuberculosis of respiratory organs. It was established that complex treatment allows to shorten of periods of detoxiccation for 20-21 days, it permins to return normal endotoxicosis criteria in a short time. The normalisation of the process of lipid oxidation and immunological reactiving were observed. It was state: complex treatment enabbled to reduce in 1,7 times the side reactions quantity on antituberculosis medicines and significantly reduce it's intensity.
