Essay

It was determined that infiltrated tuberculosis of lungs in teenagers play a leading role among clinical forms of pulmonary tuberculosis and characterized by extensive damage, heavy decay and discharge of bacteria change of immune reactivity. Study of pathomorphosis of infiltrated pulmonary tuberculosis in teenagers from 1973 to 1995 revealed an increase in number of patients with an extensive lesion and bilateral localization of the process for the latest years. After in-patient period of main curative course 48,68% of patients had manifested changes indicating necessity of intensive chemotherapy.
