Object of study were 184 participants of liquidation of consequences of failure on ChAS with the diagnosis hipertension (H) 1 and П of a stage. The purpose of work became study of efficiency of an artificial mountain climate (AMC) and thyotriasolin at restoration of therapeutics of the patients H 1 and П st.. Modeling AMC was carried out with the help of domestic installation normalbaric hypocsy such as "Борей". Criteria of a rating of influence AMC and thyotriasolin were parameters of function central and peripherical hemodynamic, external breath, vegetative of nervous system (VNS) and blood. The results of researches scientifically prove sanogenesis a principle restoration of therapeutics of the patients H, open laws of formation adaptation of mechanisms at action AMC on systems circulation of the blood, breath, VNS, creation of the blood, which amplifies at assignment additional antiocsydants of therapy. The method of treatment is introduced into practice clinical of touwns Zaporozhye, Donetsk, P avlograd and is used in educational process of medical high schools.
