Essay

The disertation is a study into the legal regulation of nationality issues in a countries of Europe; it also deals with the legal nature of nationality and its evotution. An analyses of the definition of each man's right to nationality. The dissertation provides a detailed insight into the problem of multiple nationality, statelessness and nationlity of refugees. The work gives specific recommendations concerning the improvement of Ukrainian nationality legislation.
