In this work studying charged particle interaction with magnetic fields and waves in the near-Earth and interplanetary space plasmas important results were obtained for the physics of magnetosphere (generation of longitudinal electric field, excitation of potential plasma waves), the physics of ionosphere (the expression for spectrum of plasma irregularities in the lower ionosphere), and the physics of solar cosmic rays (the features of non-diffusive propagation of high-speed particles in the heliosphere were defined).
