Was determinent 134 patients with duodenal ulcer to learn the role of clinico- immunological pecularities of duodenal ulcer in complex therapy with involvement of vitamin E and echinacea purpurea. Clinico-immunological analysis of the obtained results depending on the immediate hypersensitivity types severity of disease, age, duration of ulcer anamnesis including the ulcer deficiency were carried out. It was estimated, that most effective is the combination of basic therapy with the vitamin E and echinacea purpurea, what leads to improvement of immunological indeces, shortening of terms of sta tionary treatment and leng-thening of remission.
