Essay

The boundary value problems with Noether linear part for differential and impulse systems with slow and fast variables and for difference systems are studied. The suggest the method of investigating such problems which is based upon the theory of pseudo-inverse matrices and the Lyapunov-Shmidt method. We establish the coefficient conditions sufficient and necessary for the solvability of such problems in the critical cases, when corresponding generating boundary value problem has non-trivial solutions. Convergent iteractive algorithms for the construction of these solutions are also suggested.
