Essay

It was established, that individual prognosis of clinical course of endometrial cancer was determined by variable combinations of multiple factors, which supplemented each other and characterized the biological peculiarities of the tumor and host interactions including hereditary factors. It was shown up instability of lymphocyte genome of peripheral blood in patients reproductive period. It was worked out the new systemic approach to individual prognosis of endometrial cancer.
