Gurevs'kyj V. Right of private ownership of the Ukraine of agricultural land

The Thesis is dedicated to issues of legal regulation of the right of private ownership of citizens of agricultural lands. The state of legislation, that regulates the right of private ownership of land, historical and legal fundamentals of existence of private ownership of agricultural lands in the Ukraine are consistently analysed; there is considered an urgency of reforming of a system of registration of the rights of ownership of a plot of agricultural land. The concept of the right of private ownership of agricultural land, the concept of a plot of agricultural land have been formulated, the concept and peculiarities of this right are researched. The legal status of a citizen as a private ownership of agricultural land person of law is analysed. Conclusions and recommendations on further perfection of legislation on land have been formulated.
