Nikolayenko I. Production and comparative analysis of hybridomas secreting monoclonal antibodies able to differentiate between vaccine and virulent polioviruses of the I, II and IIІ type.

Obtaining and using a new set of monoclonal antibodies for the intratype differentiation of polioviruses in the respous of virus-neutralisation. The methods of investigation: virusological,immunological and methods of the hybridome technology. The theoretical and practical results: obtained was a new set of polioviruses between each of three types; studied were possibilities of; is practical compared to other methods for the differentiation of polioviruses. A degree of the implementation: recommendations for using the set of monoclonal antibodies developed in the differentiation of field poliviral isolates (certificate of implementation enclosed). A sphere of use: virusological laboratories of Sanitary/Epidemiological Stations and Research Institutes.
