The thesis deals with differentiated programs of the treatment of patients with duodenal ulcer depen ding on the condition of both secretory and motor functions, regional blood circulation and degree of infecting of gastric and duodenal mucosa by Helicobacter pylori. Detected disturbances of mentioned functions, the role of regional blood circulation, the degree of the infection of gastric and duodenal muco sa by Helicobacter pylori provided the algorhythm of the choice of medicamental treatment, as well as enabled to establish risk groups. Besides it made possible to establish the boundaries of conservative treatment and to substantiate the expediency of surgical treatment for each patient.
