Dissertation is dedicated to the questions of posthypoxical damage of cardio-vascular system in newborns in late neonatal period. Complex clinic-paraclinic observation of newborns with posthypoxical cardiopathy is made in the dissertation and including: complex clinical observation, definition of activity of cardiospecifical ferments creatinkinazae, lactatdehydrogenazae, aspartataminotranspherazae, alaninaminotranspherazae; electrocardiographia, cardiointervalographia, echocardiographia. It gives possibility to do an early diagnose and to correct in time in newborns in late neonatal period. It is proposed to use medicine citohrom C and ryboxin in complex therapy of perinatal heart damage that gives better effect. Main results of work have found inculation in work of perinatal centres, departments of pathology in newborns.
