Essay

Terrorism as social - legal phenomenon. To investigate determinants of terrorism as a substantiation of ways of its anticipation. The historical-comparative method, analysis was used. Are revealed criminology aspects of struggle with terrorism as by a crime and as by the social phenomenon, the definition of terrorism in international law and in the national legislation is developed. Is used by law-enforcement bodies, is introduced in educational process.
