Begej I. Social and political views of Julian Bachynskyj

The thesis traces Julian Bachynskyj political views origination about society, state, law, power, parties, national and international problems on the basis of original sources. The principles of objectivity and historicism are laid into methodological basis of the research. To solve the concrete research tasks, the author used the following methods: descriptive, comparative, systematic, situational; as well as the psychoanalysis, the valuable - normative, the analysis of documents, the bibliographic analytical-synthetic analysis, This paper also characterises the most important stages of his life as well as political, stateforming, scientific activity. Being such an unordinary person in the history of Ukrainian political and legal studies, Bachynskyj is characterised through the relations with the political and public institutions, well-known contemporaries. The thesis also considers the influence of his ideas upon the Ukrainians' political consciousness, the importance of Bachynskyj's theoretical heritage for nowadays stateforming in Ukraine.
