Essay

The thesis is devoted to the questions of the investigation of the influence of some of fixed dental constructions (SFDC) to the tissues of dentures bed and to the ground of its application. The necessity of fixed dental prosthesis is studied among the inhabitants of Ivano-Frankivsk region and Kyiv, are studied the reasons of appearance of complications in the treatment with this constructions, it is determinated experimentally and clinically the influence of SFDC to the tissues of denture bed. There are proposed perfectioned SFDC as a method of treatment of dental and dental rows defects dependent on clinical situation. Given values of proposed constructions allow to diminish the quantity of complications, permit to use more effective the modern constructive materials and technologies, give the possibility to use the last one in the standardization of medical stomatological help to the population of Ukraine.
