Essay

The dissertation is devoted to investigation of streams in networks for generalized Kirhgof law. The work considers the case in which the difference between the total stream flowing into a point and the total stream running out of a point belongs to some segment. The independent substantion of exception of unknowns method are suggest. The methods of finding the admissible stationary and dynamic streams based on the algorithms of exception of unknowns are constructed. The results of the work have found an application for solution different practical problems of optimisation of streams in networks described with the help of new form of limitations.
