Essay

The thesis is devoted to the questions of the complex treatment of the patients with advanced stomach cancer. The methods of the treatment of the patients with nonresectable as well as resectable stomach are developed, which include the intra-arterial chemotherapy, the radiation therapy, as is also operating interference. The possibility of transformation of nonresectable tumours into operation state by the application of the intra-arterial chemotherapy in the combination with the radiation therapy is proved. The application of the preoperative selective chemotherapy promotes the tumors cells dissemination during the operation.
