The work is devoted to study of ecological and biological features Acipenser gueldenstaedti colchicus and Acipenser stellatus donensis in northern part of the Azov Sea.The main biological parameters sexual age structure of population of these species was determinated. The most by mass species was A. gueldenstedti (0.85 mil. sp.), A. stellatus - 0.31 The spawning migrations of these spacies was precisely expressed only spring. Nhe practical recommendation could be offered at planning of new concepts of craft.
