The dissertation is devoted to research of influence of vaccine poliomyelitis viruses and them bentonit variants to experimental cancer processes. Is established, that all 3 types of vaccine polioviruses have oncomodulation property. Bentonit variant Abent+ renders greatest antitumour effect, variant Абент-, causes a progression of tumours process. Possible mechanisms of oncimodulation activity of polioviruses is them be influence on the factors unspecific resistence of organizm. The dissertation work is a theoretical substantiation of virotherapy, as untraditional direction of treatment oncocogy diseases.
