Essay

Nucleoside derivatives of 6-azapyrimidines and their acyclic analogues. Development of methods for the synthesis of glycoside and pseudoglycoside derivatives of 6-azapyrimidines, study of structure and properties of synthesized compounds. Chromatography, UV, NMR spectroscopy, elemental analysis. Convenient one-step variant of 6-azapyrimidine derivatives by "silyl condensation" method has been developed. Rules of glycosilation and alkylation of substituted 6-azapyrimidines under conditions of silyl method of nucleoside synthesis have been determined. Fields of use: bioorganic chemistry, medicine.
