Agapij A. Lexico-semantic group of verba dicendi in Modern German.

The given dissertation presents a complex analysis of verba dicendi in Modern German at such parameters: semantic characteristics, stylistic status, lexical and semantic combinability. We determined the interrelation between the stylistic status of the verbs and the degree of their semantic closeness, the dependence of the type of structure of meaning on the quantity of such meanings in the language, the correspondence between the hierarchy of semantic components and the hierarchical structure of the lexico-semantic group (LSG). We established the semantic characteristics of the analysed LSG in a paradigmatic aspect and a set of syntagmatic components, that characterize the given LSG.
