Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the research of legal regulation of regulation of relations connected with the conservation of biological diversity. Its author formulates basic notions of the research, their mutual connection and distinction and determines the main principles of activities concerning the conservation of biological diversity. The analysis of state and prospects of legal regulation of the conservation of biological diversity is made on global, regional and national levels. The conclusions and recommendations on the perfection of legal regulation of corresponding sphere and improvement of application of legislation have been done.
