Dissertation is developet to problems of modeling teacing and diagnosis dialogue processes and development of computer dialogue system for individual tutoring. On the base of analysis of the architecture: deductive and dialogue properties of modern systems of the knowledge communications, and classical "noncomputer" methods of tutoring, the number of mathematical models of teaching and diagnosis of the dialogue processes was developed. The architecture of the dialogue personalized tutor and datalogical models and its main components based on developed models and oriented on "programming without programmer" technology was offered. The main ideas of the work are confirmed experimentally in a number of the projects.
