Many-functional half-finished products of high degree of preparedness to produce mosses, desserts, ice-cream, cocktails. Light-dispersion, viscosity, whippness, froth-forming ability. Technology of many-functional half-finished products with the use of methylcellulose were worked out and scientifically proved. Regularities of MC dilution depending on technological factors were studied and conditions of stabilization of its solutions.
