Essay

Contractive function of gallblladder and morphological state of gastroduodenal zone mucous membrane. To study the complex treatment of patients with attent gallbladder dyskinesias. Methods of investigations: general histology,supersonic tests, electronic mycroscopy. Apparature: ultratom, УМТП-6, electron microscope EMB-100 BR, Siemens sonoline SI-250. For the first time it was been shown the dependence of contractive function of gallbladder on antral gastritis, duodenit with their function being in proportional dependence on Helicobacter pylori contemination of mucose membrane. Received data will help to study pathogenesis of dyskinesia of gallbladder. The scope: gastroenterology; educational process of department of pediatrics and therapy of medical HEIs.
