The dissertation deals with prosthetic treatment of patients by dentures manufactured with use of crown portions of extracted natural teeth. Dynamics of the origin and development of the teeth rows defects and the requirements in different construction materials to make prosthesesfrom with citizens of Ivano-Frankivsk and Region were studied. An experimental study of mechanical and physicochemical properties of natural teeth at the stages of the prostheses manufacturing was carried out. Rational technologies to manufacture fixed and removable dentures with application of extracted teeth were elaborated. The main results of the work are being applied practically
