Akhnazaryants E. Clinical and immunologic of the formation of the complications at the teen-agers with the dysplastic cardiopathiese

201 children and teen-agers of 12-18 yers with dysplastic cardiopathy were investigated to improve the methods of the propylacxis of the bacterial complications and the complications in consequence of the development of the autoimmunologic procosses in virtue of the definition of the peculiarities of the immunologic reactions of the formation of antibodus to the organononspecific and organspecific antigens of the connective tissue and the heart. The methods of investigation: clinical, electrophysiological, immunologic with use of immunoassay enzyme multiplied. It is established that displastic cardiothies at the teen-agers is one of the manifestations of systemic dysplasia of the connective tissue and characterized by the insufficient vegetative ensuring of the activities of the cardiovascular system, that determines the great frequency of the collapse reactions and the low tolerance to the physical loading. It is proved that the combination of the small structural anomalies of the heard with the diso rders of the rhythm and numerous anomalies of the others organs and systems is aggravated the course of the cardiopathies with the development of the hemodynamic disorders, with grows at accompanying inflammatory processes and the mixomatosic damages of the heart. It is established the peculiarities of immunologic reaction and the formation of the antibodies to antigens of collagen, elastine and heart, with determed the predisposition of teen-agers with dysplastic cardyophathy to the development of bacterial and autoimmunologic complications/ In virtue of the clinical, hemodynamic and immunologic indexs, the prognostically unfavorable groups on the development of the bacterial and autoimmunologic complications is distinguished. The approachs to ther prophylaxis is determined. The results of the investigation is inculcated in the practice of the work of children's hospitals.
