The object of the examination is 184 patients with DUD accompanied by the patology of HBS. The purpose of the work is to elaborate the pathogenic method of the treatment of the patients with above mentioned patology. Interconnection of infringement of acidmaking, helicobacter infection, immune and microhemodynamic frustrations was established. Proposed and tested antral in complex therapy.
