Dissertation is denoted to the problem of increasing efficiency of ischemic heart disease treatment with accompanying pathology of hepatobiliary system on the basis of studying the pathogenic mechanisms and comparative evaluation of different influence schemes by the laser beam (intravenous laser irradiastion of blood, laser acupuncture) and kvercetin. It was established that degree of sevearity of clinical manifestations of angina pectoris correlates with expressiveness of disturbance of the processes of lipid peroxidation, organism's antioxidative protection, rheological properties of blood, hemodynamic disorders and depends on the type of myocardial disfunctions and presence of accompanying pathology of hepatobiliary system.
