According to the examination of 112 children of preschool age with frequent respiratory diseases the combined influence of the complex of external and internal factors, including antioxidant and immunological status indices, on the rise of the frequent respiratory diseases phenomenon in them was evaluated. The dominating role of the hereditary and medico-biological risk factors and the significance of the hygienic and microsocial causes were determined. The dependence of the frequent respiratory diseases in children on the low-level pollutants exposure in their residing zones was ascertained. The effectivity of the individualized use of antioxidants, vilosen, enterosorbtion in the rehabilitative measures in them was shown.
