The results of the complex clinical functional estimation of the speleotherapeutics efficiency when treating the asthmatic diseased children in the betweenbout process of disease are shown. The dependence of the degree of effectiveness of the given method of treatment on the form, heaviness, prescription of the disease is determined. The dynamics of the functional changes (computer floumetry data on the level of high, medium and small bronchs, decrease of bronchial lability) immunological and cortizol data in the process of treatment testified the normalization of outer breathing function, normalization of the immunological reactivity, cortizol supply.
