Essay

The myocard of rats and mice with diabetes mellitus were studed. The work aimed at the research of ultrastructural fiatures of diabetic cardiomyopathy and the changes of secretory activity of endocrinocytes. Methods:ultrastructural, morphometric, biochemistry; electronmicroscope, computer. It was established that the reduction of the secretory activity of endocrinocytes was accompanied by progression of destructive processes in cardiomyocytes. It was also demonstrated the positive effect of isodibut on the capillaries of myocard. The results can be used for the correction of cardiovascular complications of diabetes and in the lectures for students of medical and biological universities. Field of application: Endocrinology and Morphology.
