The work presents the results of research of the immunity, antioxidant and respiratory systems in children with recurrent respiratory diseases (recurrent acute respiratory viral infections, recurrent bronchitis, respiratory allergosis). The features of lipid's structure of cellular membrane and condense of expiratory air were studied. Influence of metabolic violations in surfactant system to state of external respiratory function was established. The main factors of risk for development of recurrent respiratory diseases were founded. The prognosis tables for determination of children to group risk were worked out. The complexes of rehabilitation of children with recurrent respiratory diseases were proposed.
