The influens of the basical materials has been determined on the quantity and quality composition of oral cavity micro-prosthesis bed mucous coat. 99 patients ages ranged from 31 to 75 years with partial defects of denture were examined. An active participaton of metalic bases of revomable prosthesis in electrochemical reaction in condition of oral cavity has been established.
